The brief instruction of building electrical cable 2*2.5mm
1). Standard: GB/t5023.5-2008).
2). Application: Electricity transmission
3). Specification (Electrial wires series include the following):
* Solid copper (or aluminum) conductor, PVC insulated two core electrical wire
* Stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated two core electrical wire
* Solid copper conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed round multi-core electrical wire
* Solid or stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed flat electrical wire(two cores or three cores)
* Flexible copper conductor, PVC insulated single core electrical wire
* Flexible copper conductor, PVC insulated twin parallel electrical wire
* Flexible copper conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed multi-core electrial wire
Cable structure
- Stranded plain copper conductor according to BS
- Core insulation of XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene)
- Color coded cores according to BS
- 2-core - blue/brown
- 3-core - brown/black/grey
Application:
These power and control armoured cables are designed for open air installation, for direct burial underground, in water, in cable ducts, power stations, for industry and distribution boards or subscriber networks, where mechanical damages to the cable may occur.
